I bought a bike three weeks ago. First, I just got an order confirmation but no bill and no bank account number to pay. A day later I had to ask two times via email to get only a proper bill.
They wrote that I got an email with the shipping date as well. But I never received one. So I wrote again a week later to their service and asked about that. I waited for 5 days but I got no answer.
I asked again and complained about the bad service. But three days later the only message I got then was: "I could not reach the manufacturer for you today. The connection for the phone was not possible. I will try to call them again tomorrow."
By the way, the product I ordered was ON STOCK. And I paid 57€ to deliver it as fast as possible to my home in Germany.
After that e-mail, I waited for another 3 days,
but got - you guessed it - no answer.
Then I called them. The guy on the phone spoke poorly English - which is quite disappointing for a company who ships and sells all over Europe - and I told him my problem with the bike which still hasn't been delivered three weeks after the payment. He responded that a colleague will send me the shipping information in some minutes. But now 5 hours later I still got no information.
As you can see, the customer service is terrible. In my case they don't care about replying my emails, they aren't even able to send me an order status information. I can't understand why they have so many good reports.
